Rebuilding and healing the body after detoxing:
Mucus Rebuilder: After doing the detoxing and establishing a good bowel function, it is ideal to rebuild good mucus in the digestive system in the body, by taking mucosa rebuilder butter daily. The friendly bacteria rotate proteins on their axis to make them biologically acceptable. Natural organic Butter is protective against colorectal cancers and various inflammatory bowel diseases. Coconut oil, contains Lauric Acid, a medium chain fatty acid that has antimicrobial properties, that is, the body uses it to kill or disable pathogenic viruses, bacteria and protozoa. Colostrum, the very first flow of mother’s milk is a very rich source of iron binding proteins. Glutamine is a primary amino acid component of the intestinal wall. Raw Honey is a significant source of a special carbohydrate, and helps in building a healthy intestinal wall. First 3 days after detoxing: Eat 2 tablespoons daily for first 3 days after detoxing. After that eat 1 helping or more teaspoons per day. This can be mixed with plain yoghurt and have midmorning or put on food, but do not heat it. You will need: · Blender. · 250gms or 1 stick of fresh butter. (Do not use margarine or butter blends.) · Half a cup of coconut oil, especially good for gallbladder problems. (contains Lauric Acid, a medium chain fatty acid that has antimicrobial properties, that the body uses to kill or disable pathogenic viruses, bacteria and protozoa.) · 3 dessertspoons of colostrum or similar (as in Replete, which also contains Glutamine, ‘Phytocare Functional Foods’ from a Chemist, or from ‘Nutrition Diagnostics’) · 10 capsules of Pro-Biotic. · 1 tablespoon of raw unfiltered/unpasteurized honey. Procedure: 1. Mix butter and coconut oil in blender until smooth. 2. Add friendly bacteria (open capsules if any to add contents) 3. Add honey and blend again. 4. Store in refrigerator, (do not heat or microwave the mixture.) Foods to include in you diet that may suit your body: (See Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon) Meat: eat naturally raised and grass fed, and if available organic meat, including poultry, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, beef, game, and organ meats. Prepare home made meat stocks and broths from the bones of chicken, beef, lamb and use liberly in soups, stews and sources. Eggs: Free range or organic. Preferably soft boiled or poached. Any style is excellent in cooking. Dairy Products: Plain Yoghurt, cow, sheep, goat and other sour milk products, sour cream, full fat cream, soft cheeses, fermented cheeses and butter. Vegetables and Salads: Method of cooking is important as in steaming and baked, helps to keep the preservation of essential nutrients. Use fresh organic produce. Fresh fruit: in season, apples, berries, pineapple, lemon, lime, papaya, passionfruit, kiwi fruit.(during detoxing use lime or lemons only, as the sugar's from other fruit will feed the bacteria.)
